Standard Policies, Terms and Conditions
Please read and understand prior to placing your order. By placing an order with us you are entering into a purchase agreement and are accepting and agreeing to be bound by these Policies, Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these Policies, Terms and Conditions, in their entirety without stipulation, condition or modification, please do not order from us.
Customer specifically acknowledges and agrees, that by placing an order with us, our terms, conditions, and policies, in their entirety and without stipulation, condition or modification, shall be the only terms, conditions, and policies binding upon said placed order. Submission of Purchase Order, or acceptance of customer Purchase Order, is not and shall not be an acceptance by ScreenPorch.com, Inc. of any Customer Terms and Conditions attached to said Purchase Order. Unless specifically agreed to by ScreenPorch.com, Inc., in writing and prior to order placement, any and all customer supplied terms, conditions, stipulations, etc. are unacceptable and rejected by ScreenPorch.com, Inc. in their entirety and in all situations and events.

General Information...
All information and directions provided on this web site and all ScreenPorch.com, Inc. web sites should be treated as generic guides which are intended to help you plan, measure, order and install insect screens. Our directions are applicable and correct for a great majority of situations - but not all. In some situations, they may need to be modified. In some situations, they may not be applicable at all. The responsibility to determine this and the responsibility to order and install items correctly rests solely on the customer. We make no guarantee, warrantee or promise of any kind that the directions (guides) provided will work in every application. Please read and understand all information provided on our web sites.
Failure to Read...
The responsibility to read all available information provided rests solely on customer. We shall not assume any liability or responsibility of any kind for incorrectly placed orders or mis-applications.
Safety Warning...
Snapp® screen is a “build in place” / “screen in place” insect screening system that will not provide fall prevention. Further, insect screening and sunshading materials only intended use is to reasonably stop insects from entering the covered opening. The misuse of insect screen and sunshading materials may lead to injury or death. These products will not stop persons, children, animals, or alike from falling out of or entering through the insect screen or sunshading material covered opening.
Please follow all common and accepted safety practices and ensure that you are proficient in the proper and safe operation of any tools, equipment or procedures required to install Snapp® screen.
Building & Safety Codes...
We make no promise, warranty, guarantee, nor do we - in any form or fashion - represent that our products are acceptable, approved and/or usable in all jurisdictions or all situations or applications. The responsibility to determine code compliancy, proper and safe application, installation and use rests solely and fully on customer.
Order Standards...
Our staff will review your order for completeness only (ie: contact, shipping and payment information for example) Orders are not checked for materials usage, materials conflicts and alike. What you order is what we will provide. Please be sure of your order when it is placed.
Order Placement...
Orders are placed through our Secured Server only. Phone orders are not accepted.
Payment & Terms...
Sales terms are not offered. All orders are to be paid in full prior to shipment. Major Credit Cards and checks are accepted.
Pricing...
All prices shown are in United States dollars.
Price Changes...
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Price Errors...
While always attempt to ensure all details, descriptions, prices, etc. appearing on shop.snappscreen.com are accurate, errors still may occur. If an error is found with respect to the price of any product you have ordered, we will contact you via email and / or phone offering the option of order cancellation or order fulfillment at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you within 48 hours of order placement, we will automatically cancel your order and issue a full refund of payment.
Order Fulfillment Schedule...
Standard order turnaround time is 1 to 2 business days, but this is in no way a guaranteed shipping time schedule. Seasonal rushes, out of stock items, breakdown in sources of supply, delays in delivery, or other similar or dissimilar occurrences may occur at any time. At no time shall ScreenPorch.com, Inc. be held accountable or liable in any way for delays in filling orders placed. We attempt to ship all orders complete. At times, and based solely on your placed order, we may ship partial orders, use multiple delivery methods and ship from multiple warehouses. All orders are subject to prior placed orders.
Refusal or Cancellation of Order …
ScreenPorch.com, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reject any order placed for any reason what so ever and at any time. ScreenPorch.com, Inc. shall refund, by check and in full, any funds paid by customer to ScreenPorch.com, Inc. within 10 days of cancellation or rejection. At no time shall ScreenPorch.com, Inc. be held accountable or liable in any way for the cancellation or refusal of any order placed.
Cancellation of Order by Customer...
Customer may cancel orders for standard in stock items any time prior to shipping. Cancelled order refunds will have credit card processing fees deducted from the refunded amount. (This is the fee we pay credit card companies and financial services providers to authorize and process your transaction) Generally, the fee ranges from 3% to 4% of order total dependent upon credit card used.
Back Orders...
Back orders, or potential backorders, are clearly advertised at the item level within the web store. We will not contact you with regards to back orders unless we are aware of an extended or unusually long restocking schedule. If you have questions with regards to backorder notices, contact our office by email prior to placing your order. Under normal conditions, we will ship all other parts of your order and only hold up what is on back order. Note: At all times, back orders are filled in the order of order placement.
Minimum Charges...
Minimum charges, when applicable, are clearly posted.
Refunds...
All refunds are issued by check and normally process within 7 - 10 business days.
Returns...
Returns are not accepted - all sales are final and not returnable.
Lead Time and Shipping ...
Orders normally process and ship from our warehouse(s) in 1 to 3 BUSINESS days. Standard transit times can be between 1 and 5 BUSINESS days depending upon your location and shipping warehouse(s). From date of order placement (Day 0), it will normally take from 3 to 8 BUSINESS days to receive all packages (up to 10 BUSINESS days for freight shipments). Orders ship by standard FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, USPS, and various Freight Carriers. No other shippers or expedited service is available. Orders may ship from multiple warehouses. It’s not uncommon for all shipped packages not to arrive at the same time - even those that shipped at the same time from the same location. Unless otherwise noted, shipping charges are additional and will be added to all orders during checkout.
As a general rule - and as a point of common sense - never plan or schedule an installation until all packages have been physically delivered.
Free Shipping, Shipping Included, etc:
These offers are limited and specifically indicated at the category and / or item level for select individual item(s). These offers are restricted to shipments concluding within the lower 48 continental United States. Orders concluding outside of the lower 48 continental United States (Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, etc.) are not eligible for any Free Shipping or Shipping Included offers.
Customers from AL, HI, PR, VI, Canada, etc (Anyone outside our standard Free Shipping / Shipping Included offer area):

- Your complete order. All items you would like to purchase.
- Your complete contact information. (Name, full address as well your email address and phone number)
- Your complete shipping address. (If different from contact information) If you are using a broker, freight forwarder, etc. please be sure to include all information.
Within 24 to 48 hours, you will receive an “Invoice” which will detail your entire order as well as shipping cost and any additional fee’s (duties, import fees, etc.). At this point you can ignore the “Invoice” and it will simply void out in 5 business days -or- you can execute the order using the payment link that’s provided.

Customer Pick Up...
Customer pick up (will call) is not offered.
Damaged Products...
Be sure to inspect your order fully upon presentation by the shipper for damage prior to accepting delivery if possible. If an order arrives damaged be sure to document the damage on all delivery papers and photograph fully while the driver is still present. If you find concealed damage after delivery, you must notify the shipper and our office immediately. Document all concealed damage and photograph fully.
Lost Product Replacement...
A package is not considered “lost” until acknowledged as lost by the shipper. Notify our office by email if any packages fails to arrive by the end of the 5th business day after the delivery of your first package. We will contact the shipper and initiate a package trace. We will ship replacement parts once the shipper acknowledges the loss of the package(s) (which normally takes less than 5 business days). We will not ship any replacement products without full payment or an acknowledgment from the shipper of the loss.
Screen Materials - Other Information...
Screen is sold in rolls of 100’ total feet of product. In almost all cases, rolls are 100 continuous feet in length. Rolls may, at times, contain 2 or more sections of material totaling over 100'. This splicing occurs during the manufacturing process which we have no control over, nor are we aware of, which rolls are continuous or spliced. Spliced rolls are not considered defective or incorrect in any way nor will they be accepted for return.
Rolls of screen normally ship from our southern warehouse - especially larger rolls and freight shipped rolls (108", 120", 124", 144"). Please do not contact our office with a claim of “missing” screen within 5 business days of initial shipment delivery. Screen shipments tend to arrive after initial materials shipments - especially for those customers in the upper or northern parts of the US and/or orders shipped via freight carrier. You will not receive tracking information for any roll(s) of screen ordered. Migration of shipping info, from shipper to our system, doesn’t occur for several days so it is generally not available till after you’ve received your screen shipment.
Order Acknowledgments, Tracking Numbers, Sales Receipts...
Order Acknowledgments, Notice of Processing, Notice of Shipping and Tracking information are all sent automatically to the email address you submit with your order. Also, package tracking information is additionally automatically sent to the email address you submit with your order. If you do not receive any of these notices you either entered your email address incorrectly or your email program / spam filter is blocking our correspondence. Check your spam folder or trash if you do not receive order status emails. Tracking information is not provided by phone. Also see "Screen Material" above for additional information.
Customer Privacy...
Information gathered by us during the order process is used exclusively to fill your order and to track sales trends. We do not sell, trade, or in any other fashion share customer information with any other business, solicitor, etc. Credit card information is held as long as required to complete your transaction. You will need to resubmit your credit information each time you place an order. Your email address is used as required to fulfill your order or answer your question. Most correspondence is by email. Hard copy transaction files are destroyed after 5 years while electronic master files are held indefinitely. Wholesale Customers: Please review your informational packages for additional specific information that relates to you and our use of your information.
Liability & Responsibility...
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ScreenPorch.com, Inc. and its employees from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, expenses, and attorneys fees arising out of, or in connection with, any and all injury, including death, to any person or persons, any and all damages to or loss of any property, and any and all other damages recognized at law or in equity, caused by, or resulting from, in whole or in part, any act(s) or omissions, negligent or otherwise, of customer. Customer shall take no court action against ScreenPorch.com, Inc. or its employees, should customer fail to follow common safety practices.
Collections / Delinquency...
ScreenPorch.com, Inc. shall, at our sole discretion and without warning to customer, initiate collection action at customers’ expense to collect on delinquent accounts or non-paid sales. Returned checks, non-honored checks, unapproved or refused credit cards, successful chargeback actions and any and all, fees, fines and additional collection costs incurred by ScreenPorch.com, Inc. are the sole responsibility of customer and customer agrees to pay these debits in full. In the event that your credit card or check payment is not honored by your issuing bank - for any reason - we will contact you for immediate payment. If you fail or refuse to pay any outstanding amounts owed to ScreenPorch.com, Inc. we will initiate collection action without any notice to you. In the event that you refuse the delivery of an order (for any reason other than damage) you will be held responsible for all additional shipping, handling, and storage expenses (see Returns also). If you file a chargeback claim through your credit card issuer after refusing the delivery of am order (for any reason other than damage), we will initiate collection action without any notice to you. Customer agrees, in all cases, to pay all costs, interest charges as well as any and all reasonable costs associated with collection efforts by ScreenPorch.com, Inc. Interest shall be charged at the maximum amount allowed by law on any outstanding balance. ScreenPorch.com, Inc. reports credit activity to credit recording firms through our collection agency.

The trademarks, service marks, and logos used and displayed on this site are registered and unregistered Trademarks of 4 Pat, LLC and possibly others. Use of this Site should not be construed as granting, by implication, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site, without the written permission of the Trademark owner. No part of this Site including, but not limited to, the names Snapp, Snapp Screen, Snapp Screen System, as well as any logos associated with these trade names or marks may not be used in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on this Site, without prior written permission. Other product and company names may be mentioned herein and may be the trademarks of their respective owners. Questions concerning those marks, if used, should be addressed to their respective owners. All matter contained within this web site or within any ScreenPorch.com, Inc. publication or material is considered to be intellectual property owned by 4 PAT, LLC. We aggressively enforce our intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law and will seek legal remedies against firms or persons who, without prior written permission, use or exploit our intellectual property. Those wishing to use any trade name(s) or logo(s) site must seek prior written approval for such use.

Controlling Law...
The validity, construction, and enforcement of the purchase agreement between ScreenPorch.com, Inc. and Customer shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Connecticut. In the event that the applicable law prohibits enforcement of any section, term or part of this document, as written, then it is agreed that only the applicable section, term, or part of this document in question shall be modified to provide the maximum indemnification and relief to ScreenPorch.com, Inc. and all other parts, sections and terms of this document shall remain in full effect. It is agreed that the State and Federal courts located in New Haven County Connecticut shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle disputed matters with respect to this document, and any and all other matters between customer and Screen Works, Inc.. In all matters, the transaction between customer and ScreenPorch.com, Inc. is agreed to have taken place in New Haven County Connecticut.
